Email regarding movie rental
I received an email saying I rented a movie when I didn't. The email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]cast.net
I was concerned it was a scammer and then this morning I got a text message, which I have not opened. Stating "hi Thanks for the rental". I have never gotten a text after renting a movie. I believe it is a scammer. FYI. I have not seen a charge go through although when I look at my stream I do see under recently watched the movie is listed.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
