ESPN+ and Peacock

I can stream both of these apps on my laptop but cannot access them on my cable tv (Xfinity) - the TV asks me to subscribe but I've already paid for my subscriptions for both ESPN+ and Peacock - have been on hold on the phone for about 25 minutes now with Xfinity customer service.
