Have updated X1 box, no on demand
Updated equipment was sent to me, so I can keep access to on demand, etc. It has been installed and activated. I have all of my channels, but I do not have On Demand (I had it prior to switching to their new equipment). I spent over 2 hours on the phone with live chat - still do not have On Demand. Any ways to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, @user_f1e616. Thank you for reaching out with your question about On Demand not working. Starting May 31st we began removing On Demand from certain cable boxes as we are no longer able to support it on those devices. Do you have a non X1 TV box, the RNG150, or Pace XG1v1 box?

Not resolved. I have been given 4 sets of “new” equipment over last two months, none of which work. I work 7 days a week right now and value any down time. Spending it swapping out cable boxes is not a highlight. Supposedly a tech was going to be here today (Saturday) as I’m working from home. Just received an email confirming tech arrival at 7:30am Monday. I’m now having to make arrangements with my office to be here. On my last nerve with Comcast.
