Movie purchases not playing

Just purchased 3 movies 2/15- The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey Extended Edition, The Hobbit The Desolation of Smaug Extended Edition, and The Hobbit The Battle of the Five Armies Extended Edition.  All of them do not play and pull up a black screen.  Shutting off the tv box, turning off wifi, pausing, trying to fast forward are all not working.  It plays streaming on the phone, but not on the tv.
