On demand episodes only available in HD, not SD
Earlier this year there was a problem where Season 2, Episode 2 of Snowpiercer (TNT) was only available on demand for free in HD, not SD. It took several weeks to fix this. Now the same problem has occurred again with two shows: Season 5, Episode 18 of Riverdale (CW) and Season 4, Episode 9 of Black Clover (Adult Swim/Cartoon Network). What makes it frustrating is when later episodes of these shows air and become available in SD, but I don't want to watch them out of sequence until I've seen the missing ones. This shouldn't be happening for customers who have those channels as part of their package. I hope it doesn't take as long to fix as the Snowpiercer problem.

Hello, @user_1fc6f3! Thank you for connecting with us here on our forums. We apologize with the trouble with watching some of your On Demand episodes in HD. I am like you, I don't like to skip episodes. I would rather wait to enjoy them in order. This is a network issue. We provide the content the network provides. We don't have any say or adjust how it's presented. You may want to connect with them directly. I hope this gets corrected soon so you may continue to enjoy your shows.
