On Demand purchase that I did NOT purchase
I received a text message AND an email thanking me for a purchase I did NOT make. The email said: "If you didn't make this purchase, please click here to chat with Xfinity Assistant", but that just takes me to the computer generated "Xfinity Assistant" which does NOT have any options for helping me with this problem. I spent almost a half hour trying to navigate through all steps which did NOT help. Of course, I had the same problem with the computer operator when I tried my phone.
