on demand purchases no longer available after moving

Hello: I recently moved and none of my on demand purchases came with me, despite my asking specifically for them to be transferred.  I've spent hours on the phone with xfinity reps who have alternately disconnected my call and not phoned back, given me wildly contrasting information, and told me that its too bad but nothing can be done.

I should be able to get everything transferred over quickly with a few clicks. I have a vast library of movies that I would love to keep as well. Do you have your Xfinity account linked to Movies Anywhere? Did you know that if you link your Xfinity Account to Movies Anywhere, you can transfer your movies to other streaming sites and other streaming site purchases will also transfer to your Xfinity account? It is a great way to build your library and access all your movies through X1 and our award-winning voice remote.
