Paperview

Paperview not working nor will it let me sign up for paramount plus through Xfinity . It gives me the error code and saying I need to call regarding my bill. My account isn't past due and I chatted with three agents. I'm wondering if not having a set top box that has a coax cable attached in the living room may be it? When my 4k set top box broke I was sent a pace XI3 HDMI only box for the living room and that's the only difference from last month to this. I know when I got it it said to also keep a set top box plugged up so is it not a set top box? The other HDMI only box works fine and so does the other cable box. And the Internet is fine. The living room HDMI only box works great but this is the only time I haven't been able to paperview when my past due is paid so that's the only thing I can think is wrong.
