Hi user_bs8m4r, thanks for reaching out here on the forums! You should be able to resolve this through the X1 settings by performing the following steps: 1. Press the Xfinity button on your remote control. 2. Navigate to Settings (Gear icon). 3. Select "Device Settings" from the list. 4. Select "Sync Data" to force your box to retrieve your full purchase history.
Thanks for reaching back out. Generally, your existing Xfinity On Demand purchases and Cloud DVR recordings sync automatically to your new X1 box as soon as it is fully activated. Digital purchases are tied directly to your Comcast account, not the physical box.
If your purchased movies, shows, or recent recordings are not showing up on your new screen, you can force a manual sync using your Xfinity remote:
How to Force a Manual DVR Sync
Press the xfinity button on your voice remote.
Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Settings menu (the gear icon on the far right) and press OK.
Scroll down and select Device Settings.
Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Sync DVR.
Select Sync DVR Now
Once the system updates, you can locate your owned content by pressing the xfinity button, navigating to Saved, and choosing Purchases (or looking under the Recordings tab for your synced cloud content).
Important Things to Know About Equipment Swaps
Cloud vs. Physical Storage: Any recordings stored locally on your old box's hard drive cannot transfer over. Only content saved to the X1 Cloud DVR (typically your most recent 60 to 150 hours of recordings) will populate on the new hardware
Verify via the App: If you want to check exactly what should carry over, open the Xfinity Stream app on a phone or tablet. Any purchased items or recordings visible in the app are securely tied to your cloud profile and will eventually sync to your new TV box

TY for this.
There is only a "Sync DVR", no "Sync Data".
So not fixed, unfortunately.
