Survivor On-Demand from CBS ... "contact Xfinity billing support"

Trying to purchase season of Survivor On-Demand from CBS; get error message saying "contact Xfinity billing support". My Xfinity bill is all paid up / current.

The TV is connected to my main Xfinity cable tv / dvr box.
