Why can't I log into or open streaming apps on xfinity through my TV box?
A couple of weeks ago, I had no issue logging into streaming sites from Xfinity, such as HULU and Disney+. Now when I try to do it, it tells me I can't because we don't have xfinity internet. This makes no sense as our internet provider is xfinity. On top of that, why am I having to jump through hoops just to speak to a human being?? The xfinity AI is no help and such a waste of time. It doesn't understand simple commands about wanting to speak to a person to get this resolved.
