2024 Black Friday Deal not honored

Another victim here. I also signed up for the black friday deal of internet at $35/month with one free line included. However, I am now being billed full price of mobile line and also for the device (which Xfinity refunded without proper reason).... totally $90+ every month. Total scam... I have spent many hours talking to the clueless agents who can't help and keep transferring me back and forth between the mobile and internet departments. I just want the initial promotion I signed up for applied to my mobile line. This has been the worst customer service experience ever.
