$25 Mobile plan charge

I recently switched over to Xfinity NOW for my Internet. I planned to also switch over my Xfinity mobile plan to Mobile NOW. When Intried to sign up fornNOW mobile, I found that my 2024 Motorola G is not compatible for mobile NOW. The phone only 6 mos old.

My problem is that I am now being charged an extra $25/month on my mobile plan for now having a Xfinity internet plan. BUT, I DO!

Inhave made several phone calls to customer  service but no one seems to know what this is happening and they can not fix this problem.

Anyone have the same problem? Any solutions? This appears to me to be a system  limitation or system defect.

Any help is appreciated....

I have a been paying $25.00 for my internet directly from exfinity monthly. I do not have a exfinity phone, and do not need one. You are charging me $60 more monthly by auto payment. Overcharge! I am dissabled and it is a hardship for me. Can you help me?
