@outragedclient To change your Xfinity Mobile autopay account, sign in to the Xfinity app or website, navigate to the Account tab, and select Billing or Bill Settings. From there, tap on your current payment method to add a new credit/debit card, save it, and set it as the new default for automatic payments.

Hello @outragedclient, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Great question! I know managing Auto Pay is important, and I’m happy to guide you through the steps. For your residential services, from the Xfinity App Open the Xfinity app. Tap Account, select Bill Details under your residential services. Go to Bill Settings. From there, you can easily manage your Auto Pay settings.  From a Web Browser Sign in at xfinity.com. Click Billing & Pay, select Manage Auto Pay to update or change your settings

I’ve also included an article that walks you through how to set up or turn off automatic payments on your Xfinity account, just in case you’d like step-by-step instructions. Let me know if you have any questions on the steps provided.
