To make sure I provide you with the absolutely correct email address, could you please clarify for me: are you filing bankruptcy on your internet, cable, and landline account (residential services) or your Xfinity Mobile account? Also, do you have your case/docket file number? You do not need to provide it here but you will need it before moving forward.

Perfect, please send me a direct message with your full name and address, so I can create a ticket in our system so that you can get that info sent to us. 

 

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
