Being ask to Pay for Xfinity Mobile $32 Monthl when it was Sold to Me by Rep For $0.00 Monthly Payment :False Advertisement

Xfinity is looking like a champion in false advertising. I'm lost for words right now. This case is far from over. I called Xfinity in early March  2025 to inform them that  my 2 years Xfinity internet contract was coming to an end on March 18, 2025, to see if they had a new promotion as I was considering  switching  to another vendor since my internet usage is minimum.  I do not download or upload large files neither a gamer on the internet. The sales rep informed me that they have a promotion that I can get on if I switch my mobile service to Xfinity Mobile service which will enable me to keep my internet service same bill every month. This was the first time I heard about Xfinity Mobile. I do not know anyone that had used or is on the service. The rep said it will be a bundle, Xfinity internet and xfinity mobile. He informed me that the phone bill will be free for 1 year but I needed to sign up that day which was March 7th 2025, the day of the phone call and that the final monthly bill will be $25 for the internet service and $0.00 monthly bill for the Xfinity mobile for 1 year.

He signed me up only to find out on the second month for the Xfinity mobile,May 4th 2025 they automatically debited my account for $32 for Xfinity mobile bill. I immediately logged into my account and opened a chat conversation with their rep to try to resolve it. This began an almost an 1 hour chat  with several Xfinity internet connection interruptions just as the rep was concluding to proceed with refund. Having tried more than once, I decided to call on the phone  to speak to a live agent. They will put me on hold and each time another rep will answer, mind you, 15 to 30mins hold  each time, without any clue on why I was transferred to them, I will again explain myself, they will assure me that they will look into it and but will return saying that I signed up for a $42 monthly xfinity mobile service usage with  $10 promotion off resulting to the $32 monthly bill, THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE.

Most of the agents or supervisors declined to give me an employee id or name. One even had the audacity to ask me to provide proof of the document I signed on the date of agreeing to the promotion, meanwhile I have been an xfinity internet customer now for over 3 years. He said it like it was a common practice for customers to record their conversations or give names of the rep they spoke to. So I decided to ask for names of reps that I was been passed to for my record, one of the agent named Filo refuse to give me an employee id, saying they cannot share employee id, all refused except the following, Leo supervisor, Leo C13, Ahmed B954, Ariana (INTERNET billing department refused to give me her id) . I will ask for a manager instead they will put be on hold either for another agent or supervisor. I have been on the phone and chat trying to resolve this for over four hours, the agents and supervisors that I spoke with have all declined to honor what was sold to me by their rep.

I will also file a complaint with the better business Bureau, this a false advertising.I know Xfinity or Comcast do not care about their customers.  There is no way , will I be the one person this has happened to.

My compliant was not answered, why should be directed to send “Dm” when this is the forum was directed to send my complaint. Your system generated the user name you gave me for this forum from my xfinity account name.  This is another tactic not to rectify your false advertising.
