Being charged $3.95 for Xfinity Mobile - never had a phone - fraudulent charges

Hello, 

Ive been getting charged $3.95 for over a year and a half now. I never had a phone or started a plan with xfinity mobile. I’ve reached out multiple times and was told the payments would stop and one time received a one time partial credit for all the payments. The charges stopped for a month or so but then they always start back up. 

im going insane and need this to stop. I’ve been debating on getting a lawyer to help fight this as im at my wits end. I use Xfinity wifi and pay for that happily. But the xfinity mobile charges are money I’m throwing away. I never have used the service I never had a phone line or anything associated with the service. 

somebody please help me I don’t know what to do. I just tried to speak to an agent via the Xfinity App and they randomly left once I started explaining things. Maybe legal action is my only coarse of option left at my disposal. If I completely get rid of Xfinity WiFi and switch my internet to someone else will the mobile charges stop then? Do I go to my bank? I’ve never ever had to deal with anything like this in my life.
