BILLING ISSUE

Being charged for a mobile service that you do not have - never used it ever! Please give me an e-mail so I can send you proof!  Mine is [Edited: "Personal Information and All Caps"]

I never used mobile service.  I had a promotion over a year ago for reducing my wifi bill and they told me I had to take the Ipad.  I only use it for games.  The promotion is over and they were now charging me 75 for wifi and 30.42 for the ipad (used to be 15 and 30.42) I have since went to Tmoble for 35 for the wifi.  I paid over 500 for the ipad already and wanted to see how much I owed to get it over with.  I have never nor needed to use it for a phone.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
