Billing

I would like to get my bills resolved. I have 4 devices and for the pass 5 months I was being charged for 5. I called several times and was told that it would be my last call to resolve the issue. All I got was I will refund you and promises. Then my next bill comes in higher than before. I’m a customer for five years and never been so frustrated. Please get me some resolution

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
