Billing

I need to pay the final bill on my Mobil cell account but I can’t sign in because I no longer have an account-  I was told it would be paid via my credit card- it wasn’t- how can I text with a live agent and pay my bill? I don’t need my $30.02 bill going to collections- is there an email

Hi @user_uqhu1j are you still in need of assistance with your payment? If your account is closed, use the specialized Xfinity Bill Pay link to settle the final balance. If you do not have online access, you can call Xfinity to pay by phone. Or let us know if you have any other questions.
