@user_rgacil I am sorry for how your experience has made you feel. Did you get the email to upload your last statement from your previous provider that shows how much you owed on the phone?

I’ll take the lost cause I’m tired of fighting with you guys i’ve done everything I supposed to do wait a few months in the sales guy at the Xfinity store he’s resubmitted it my biggest regret it was coming to Xfinity to be a month behind on my mortgage because I use my mortgage money to pay Verizon because I was convince that you guys were going to do the right thing, but I didn’t know that you guys were a bunch of crooks and thieves by 18 months is up. I’m done with you guys now. I’ll never come back and I’ll tell everybody how big of a corrupt company you are

Normally you get the prepaid card within 30 days of becoming eligible for the card when you upload the last statement. Do you know if a ticket was put in with the Xfinity Mobile team @user_rgacil?
