Call Guard showing error that it's not included in my plan

I have a brand new Premium Unlimited Plan. The other 4 lines on my account do NOT have Premium Unlimited. After downloading the CallGuard app, I am receiving an error that says it's not included in my plan. I have the correct phone number selected.

@user_s3p6dh  Thanks for adding a post and telling us. Did you log in to your Mobile account to verify that your line has the Premium Unlimited data? If so, check that Xfinity Call Guard is set as the default caller ID provider.

  • Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Call Filtering and confirm that Xfinity Call Guard is toggled on.
