can never speak to anyone

tried to pay phone bill it would not let me online keeps saying error. So tried the next day they already cut off service and still will not let me pay. Try talking to an agent they said they cant help because its NOW mobile said they send me a link and the link goes back to them. when i call it says cant complete call due to phone being suspended. so how do i pay my bill if i cant talk to anyone and online does not work.
