Cancel services
I want to cancel my services that I haven't even used yet.
I made a dumb decision yesterday to sign up for Xfinity internet and mobile service. Now I have wasted EIGHT HOURS on chat with your [Edited: "Inflammatory"] agents. I have been repeatedly transferred without warning or my consent, "accidentally" disconnected, lied to, insulted, and patronized. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. My phone and number have been ported. The phone will not activate. I have told your worthless agents over and over and over again exactly steps and troubleshooting I have done. They don't pay attention and then tell me to do the same things over again. My phone is now a brick. I am expecting important calls today, and I have several to make, and now I will not be able to. You people are affecting my job.
Furthermore, whoever answers your chats through FB Messenger stopped responding altogether, without warning. I have spent enough time in customer service to know that you don't just cut people off when your shift is over or you don't feel like responding (probably because they don't know what they are doing, either). Now I have to start this ridiculous nonsense all over again. This is not acceptable. If I did this in my job, I wouldn't have a job. If a brick-and-mortar store did this, they'd go the way of Kmart and Toys R Us. There's no reason for this!
Once again, Xfinity, I do not have a working phone thanks to your chat agents' supreme ineptitude. I have wasted eight hours of my life today and have nothing to show for it except a raging headache. Switching to Xfinity was a colossal mistake. I have never in my life seen such poor customer service. Thanks for nothing.
