Why does xfinity refuse to cancel my mobile service.  I called on 10/5/24, they deactivated the but continued to charge me.  I disputed the charges, then begin receiving collection calls.  I called again on 1/18/25 and was told all was resolved.  NOW they are charging my card again!  How is this legal?

Hello, @michelle_30! Thank you for your post. Are you porting out your number to a different carrier by any chance? If so, your Xfinity Mobile line needs to remain active until that is done. If not, let's take a look at your account to see what is going on. Please, send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and the address your account is associated with.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

•Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

•Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

•Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

•Press Enter to send your message
