Cancellation

Hello,

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service.

I have been without working internet service for approximately 1.5 months. I have contacted Xfinity multiple times and made repeated attempts to have the problem resolved, but despite these efforts, my internet service has still not been restored.

Because Xfinity has been unable to provide the internet service I have been paying for, I no longer wish to continue my service.

Please cancel my Internet service immediately and provide written confirmation of the cancellation. I am also requesting an adjustment/refund for the period during which I was charged for Internet service that was not working.

Please also confirm that I will not be charged any early termination fee related to this cancellation, given the prolonged failure to provide working service.

Thank you,

user_nhpvsy Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team for assistance with your services. I'm sorry to hear your services haven't been working. This is not the experience we want our customers to have; especially these days when we rely on our internet in our daily routines. I would be happy to help you with account transition. To begin, please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
