Cannot find my mobile plan in app

I cannot find my mobile account info in my xfinity app. I am assuming that the info is with my past address. Please help me consolidate my account to the current address.

I'm sorry that your mobile details are not showing in the Xfinity app. If you recently moved it could be a simple issue that the mobile side was not moved over and attached to the new account. I would be happy to help out and make sure that you have full access to you account.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message
