Cannot view my Xfinity mobile bills in the xfinity app

When I click bill details under Xfinity Mobile, it says "Something went wrong".  Support keeps saying trying again in 24 hours.

Also, I went into the store to add a second line and they said they couldn't because they couldn't find my Xfinity mobile account.

Hello user_3bf75b,  Thanks for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums. We would be happy to take a look into this for you. Typically, the mobile account should be linked to your internet account. Did you recently move or cancel your internet service?

I have had the same problem for the past 3 months. I cannot view my Xfinity Mobile bill online or in the Xfinity app.  I have tried 3 different browsers on my computer and two on another computer.   Every time I try to view a statement it may show the total but then the screen goes blank, no detail appear and I get the page "Something went wrong, Trying this page again may help fix the problem."   It never fixes the problem.   Using the Xfinity mobile app get the same result.  I receive the email with the link to View Bill.  Clicking on it produces the same error.

I think I will disable the automatic payment until someone at Xfinity can fix this problem.
