Card activation issue

The automated system is advising that the card may have a fraud concern. I just received and activated the card. What is the issue?

Hello user_monb4d, thank you for taking time to create a post, you have contacted the right place for assistance in regard to the Visa prepaid card concern. I know if I received a card, and was having issues with activation I would be reaching out as well. 
 
I definitely want to ensure you're able to activate and use your prepaid card. We do have a great website where our experts who process the Visa cards can be contacted.
