Change credit card to checking account

All I want to do is change my credit card auto to my checking account. I’ve been doing this for the last 1/2 hour….i haven’t succeeded!!

Good afternoon @user_ry1cbb. If you head over to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments, all the steps to update your payment method are listed towards the middle under the Manage automatic payments in the XFINITY app heading. Let us know if you run into any issues.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. At least with credit cards you have chargeback protection. Too many nightmare stories of people who want to switch carriers and still get charged for months afterwards.
