Change Xfinity Mobile Account Name

I am trying to change the account holder name on my Xfinity Mobile account. My normal Xfinity account is under my name, but not the mobile account. I am a Comcast employee and in order to get the XPE benfits for mobile, the account has to be in my name. I have tried 5 different times to fix it. The last one said that it was successful and my account would updated in 40 minutes, but it never did and that was two days ago. After that, I was just directed back to calling the same Xfinity Mobile help line again that I had already tried. And then told to try in store, but I was informed in store that it is not even possible to change the Xfinity Mobile Account Holder name. Please anybody let me know if you are able to help me with this issue, changing the xfinity mobile account name. Not the regular xfinity account, that is already correct, just the xfinity mobile.
