Hello, @user_45pnsq! Thanks for creating a post to reach out with your Xfinity Mobile billing concerns. Are you able to use the Xfinity App and/or My Account online to view the breakdown of your bill? If so, what line item(s) do you see that are associated with the $36.80 charge?

Have you viewed your actual billing statement to view what the charge was for, is it listed as an activation fee or device payment?

@user_45pnsq Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
