Complain
I had a chat with Xfinity rep via the app yesterday. Today, I got a call from random number stating that my account will be changed and I need to call that number to reverse changes. I highly suspect this is spam. I am suspecting there is something Xfinity system allowed spammers to know about my call yesterday. Please investigate this as I had to give my personal info during the chat.
