Complaint
My email incoming is working, which it was not for a full day, but my outgoing is still not working. I went down to Comcast two days in a row then they told me to call security. I called the number he asked me to take things out and put them in now I’ve lost my incoming mail. This is on my The little icon on my iPhone with the envelope on it. I do not use your app to get my email cause I don’t like your app now they’ve destroyed all of my Comcast emails. No one could figure it out not even your 10 year manager at the Brentwood CA 94513 address and then I went back tonight and they only had two people and they could’ve cared less. I was crying even for a customers. I’ve been a long-term customer. [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I wanna know where I can complain. I have never been so mistreated by your staff they’re arrogant they don’t know what they’re doing. They’re understaffed I need help and I need it fast. God dang it. I’m gonna cancel everything I have to do with you guys

Correction, I meant to say that my email is not working either direction incoming or outcome they tried tried and tried. The passwords are right. My user number is right. Something is wrong and nobody is intelligent enough or train properly to help me. I’m just an average person 71 years old and I’m struggling, and they may feel like an idiot that I didn’t even matter tonight when I went down there, it was horrible the treatment They gave me a number to call security because they said it was beyond their capacity. I couldn’t even understand him our language I was so confused. I went back in the store and they only had two clerks and they ignored me. They put my name on a list and when they called me, they kept interrupting me And didn’t finish in the entire day helping me because they helped others while they were trying to help me and it was so distracting I’m so upset. I want to quit everything I have with Comcast. I am so upset. I need help getting my damn emails fixed. Who could I complain to it who can help me?
