Continuing to be billed for service I do not have

As many others have posted, I cancelled service back in January of 2025 and am still getting billed by Xfinity Mobile. When I tried to cancel, multiple times, the Xfinity reps cannot locate an account for me and cannot locate any billing information and are unable to do anything. I'm at my wit's end of how to solve this.
