The Regulatory Recovery Fee (RRF) and Universal Connectivity Charge (UCC) are assessed by Comcast and are neither government mandated nor taxes. The RRF recovers certain federal impositions on Comcast. The UCC recovers Comcast’s required contribution to that fund.

I was shocked to see the other fees Xfinity added to my bill. Other fees over $8 on two bare bone plan!

Thank you for clarifying, @user_16ajg7. I know taxes and fees can vary, depending on what part of the country you live in. I was able to locate a breakdown of the charges that would typically appear on a standard Xfinity Mobile bill on our website: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/charges-on-account-statement. I'm hoping that can provide a little more insight.

My “other charges” have went from $2-$3; and now I am being charged over $32 for “taxes, fees, and surcharges”!! And my statement changes every month, now I’m fighting a $332 bill every month when I started at $116!!

@user_dk92br I would be just as shocked if I were to find one of my bills increasing (it has happened before) suddenly. My team can definitely look into your billing concerns today.
