credit for loyalty

Hello, my household has been a customer of Comcast/Xfinity for over 20 years.  We love the multiple services and have them all currently, home phone, internet, security, cable and mobile.   Customer service has always been easy to work with as well as the times technicians have come to our home.   No complaints overall, except for the expense i just incurred upgrading 2 phones on our mobile account which has 6 lines.   We purchased Iphone 11 for my sons about 4 years ago.   While other customers for mobile services are hopping around to providers always taking the best deal, getting new phones, new promotions, its seems like there is not benefit for long standing customers regarding phone purchases.   We are not a family who gets what we want all the time, we use our purchases carefully and take care of the things we own, don't need all the fancy new gadgets out there.   We were set back the full cost of 2 Iphone 16s, with 22 payments remaining as of today.   No discount, no promotion b/c the Iphone 11s aren't worth anything currently.   Why do we get charged full price for new devices w/out any discount for loyalty?   I would like for someone to contact me to talk about my future intentions to discontinue xfinity service or what discounts might be applicable to the 2 new phones we purchased.   Thank you

Thanks for reaching out! When you purchased the new devices, did you reach out to the Xfinity Mobile Team to check for current promotions?
