Customer Service - Mobile Promotions

I don't have Xfinity Mobile yet, I would like to but Xfinity Mobile, right now, requires trade in of current phone.  The three lines I would be setting up all have phones with no value at all.  I get emails soliciting me for Xfinity Mobile and I would be more than happy to go with Xfinity but can't afford the phones.  In the summer, there was a free Google Pixel 9 with new line but it was gone before I could sign up.  I have three services already with Xfinity and was hoping there would be something for current customers looking to join Xfinity Mobile.  Verizon is offering a free phone to new customers with trade in of any phone and any condition.  There are a few other providers like Verizon, offering a free iPhone to sign up and Total Wireless has a free phone option as well.  I don't want to go elsewhere as I love my three other Xfinity services but I feel, after contacting customer service before, that I have no other choice.  Thanks!!

@user_168d4s Promotions change all the time. You are correct however that all current promotions require a trade-in. Perhaps there might be something different for the new year.

Hey @user_168d4s, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out about our amazing and awesome Xfinity Mobile services. There may not be a better time to look than right now. I am glad I had made the switch a couple of years ago and continue to save over what my last cellular bill company.

I would be more than happy to help you make the switch. Depending on the phones, we can look at some trade-in promotions. If the phones are not worth trading in or broken, we do have our MOTO G 5G "On-Us" which may be a great option.

With the MOTO G 5G "On-Us" promotion, all that would be required is activating a new Xfinity Mobile line and porting a phone number from a previous carrier. This would provide device credits for the cost of the device over 24 months so you only have to pay for the Xfinity Mobile service and not the device.

We also have our awesome Buy 1, Get 1 Unlimited Promotion. With our stackable promotions, you can get 2 Xfinity Mobile lines for the price of one. Customers who purchase one Xfinity Mobile Unlimited data plan (Unlimited Intro, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Premium) can receive a second Unlimited Intro line at no additional cost for 12 months.

These promotions are limited and may end soon, but are valid at the time of this message. If this is something you would like to look into, please let me know and I can try to help make the switch as smooth and seamless as possible. Hope to hear from you soon.
