Customer Service/Service/Reimbursement
I don't even no where to start. I switched to Xfinity from Tmobile taking advantage of a promotion. The service itself [Edited: Language]. I'm in a major city. There is no excuse. Every contact with customer service - whether text or phone or chat is at least an hour of my time. Most of it waiting for them to respond to an answer I've given. IF I'm even able to get an agent with the horrific system of prompts that never fit the situation. If I could figure it out myself on the web or help articles I would do so. I don't call customer service with a simple question. I am now chatting with an agent trying to get reimbursement for what I had to pay Tmobile for my old device. This is my third attempt to resolve this. Customer service is bad everywhere today but Xfinity is beyond horrible. Huge Regrets!!
