My billing cycle has ended. How can I be over on data?
Perhaps because data usage isn't measured by billing cycle, it's measured from the first day of each calendar month to the last day of that month. Some additional confusion: "days" don't start and end using US time, they follow GMT (aka UTC) which is several hours earlier than US time.
ETA: Apologies. I missed the fact that you were asking about Mobile. What I wrote applies to home Internet service, but I don't know if the same is true for Mobile.

Hello @Kirkjdowen, thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. The notification you received about your data was it on the last day of your billing cycle or a few days after your billing cycle ended?
