Deactivate an unapproved phone number and delete it's charge
Good day,
A few weeks ago, Aman helped me, or what I thought, to transfer my Google Fi phone number onto my Xfinity account via chat.
During this time, the approval links were not working followed by him confirming a wrong email address.
The following 24 hours, I had no phone service.
I went to the Xfinity store and my Goggle Fi number was transferred properly, however, the 510 number associated with my Xfinity account established on July 4,2025, was gone.
For some reason, a "341" number then appeared as a second number. A few days later, I received a call from a rep who refused to deactivate this "341" number and instead, activated this "341" number then quickly hung up. Total mess.
Now, this "341" number shows as "in use"
This "341" number is not use, never was, and I did not authorize it to be activated.
In addition, I had just printed new business cards for $30 with the "510" number.
I am asking please to:
1) Deactivate this "341" number
2) Remove the $56 charge for this "341" on my September 2 bill.
I'd be grateful to end this ongoing issue.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
