i need to delete my account. I have an inactive account with xfinity from 7 years ago. Someone changed the phone number on the account and i keep getting spam messages from "xfinity" to the email address that is on file. I want to permanently delete the account. How can i do that? there is no direct message option on my screen.

user_2hck68 when you have a moment send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
