devise payout promotion

We have been waiting for our promotion gift card for weeks. We have called numerous times, spoken with the manager/supervisor and was first told that he could see that the gift cards were sent in the mail and should be here on Wednesday (9/24/25), we called back today (9/26/25) and was told they emailed them to us?? NOPE...... Haven't received any email from them about the cards.  So what is it?? Feels like this is a total scam. There are plenty of complaints about people not receiving their gift cards.  So basically they are lying to people to get them to switch and promising them pay out cards and then not delivering on their promise. Horrible way to conduct business..

Having been told two completely different things is unacceptable, and I absolutely understand why you feel like this is a scam or that our promise is not being delivered.

 

Please know that I hear your frustration, and your feeling that this is a total bait-and-switch is completely valid given the runaround you've received. This is never the experance we want anyone to have.  I would be happy to look in to this and see where things are with the promotion and how I can best help you. To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

10/1/25-Was told again that we would be receiving our gift cards on 9/28/25 via email....guess what...they lied again!!! Every time we call we are told something different. Absolutely ridiculous. Not happy with switching over our phones to xfinity, feels like we are being scammed.
