Dispute overcharged

To Whom It May Concern:

I am reaching out to formally contest the billing statement for the period from July 9 to August 8, 2024. Since activating my mobile service plan with Global Pass in August 2023, there have been no changes to my account. However, during my recent trip to Canada, I noticed that Xfinity did not apply the Global Pass service to my mobile plan, resulting in unexpected charges. I kindly request that you review my account, correct the billing error, and issue a refund for the overcharge. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
