Dispute unlimited plan charges

Hello, I just found I have been charged $30 a month for the past year for an unlimited plan on my iPad which I have not used and did not request. I called previously to settle issues with my account and bill and communication was not good. I would like review and reimbursement. I have been a long time client in good standing.
