Don’t get Xfinity
I moved into my new apartment in November 2024 and set up service with Xfinity they were running promotions and I got a deal of 2 lines and internet for $90 I accepted and switched my phone provider there and then. Months later I check my statements to find that I have been overcharged by at least $40 each month since setting up service. I called and they listened back to the original call apologized and promised a full refund when everyone was back in the office after the holidays. I never got a call back. I have called and spoken to many managers. They now refuse to honor the deal that I was given and refuse to give me a refund like promised originally. They want to give me a credit and have me pay for my phone service which was supposed to be free. I am beyond angry and frustrated. I told the last manager I spoke to cancel the direct deposit on the phone bill. He intentionally cancelled my direct deposit on my internet services instead. I will be making a complaint to the FCC and maybe sue they have no leg to stand on.
