Double Charges
I’ll make a full payment myself for a bill.
Then on the last day due Autopay will charge again for the same payment I already made.
This has happened twice so far.
I’ve been on the phone with support and in store.
i just made a complaint with the FCC on Xfinity and will be reaching out to Stare government.

Hello @user_8eq561 and welcome to Xfinity Forums for assistance with your account. How long before the autopay are you making the payment? A couple of things to look out for is how close the one-time payment is made from the autopay as the autopay can begin processing and post within a couple of days depending on your bank. Another, is that you may have already had the next billing statement showing on the account do this can create an overpayment/credit situation.
We can take a look at your payments and help if you have any account specific questions through direct message. To do so:
• Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
