How do I manage my device payments?

Just like your other Xfinity Mobile payments, device payments happen automatically on the same day each month with the card you have on file.

Track your device payments

View your device payments online in your Xfinity Mobile account or from your phone using the Xfinity app.

To view using your Xfinity Mobile account online:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Select Devices.
  3. Choose the device you want and view details.

To view using the Xfinity app:

  1. Download the Xfinity app or open it.
  2. Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
  3. From the Services tab, select Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
  4. Once you’re on the Xfinity Mobile landing page, select the phone line you need assistance with.
  5. Select your device.
  6. From the device's detail page, locate the Payment Details section.

Available device details include:

  • Monthly payment amount.
  • Remaining monthly payments.
  • Remaining balance.
  • Final payment amount.

Make additional device payments

If you find yourself with a little extra cash, you can make additional payments toward your phone, or even pay it off completely, with the card you have on file.

To make a one-time payment using your Xfinity Mobile account online, follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Select Devices.
  3. Choose the device you want and view details.
  4. Select Make a Payment.
  5. Enter the additional amount you want to pay.

To make a one-time payment through the Xfinity app, follow the instructions below.

  1. Download the Xfinity app or open it.
  2. Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
  3. From the Services tab, select Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
  4. Once you’re on the Xfinity Mobile landing page, select the phone line you need assistance with.
  5. Select your device.
  6. From the device's detail page, locate the Payment Details section.
  7. Select Make a device payment.
    • Note: You may be required to sign in again.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Making an additional payment doesn’t change the amount due every month. However, depending on how much extra you’re paying, it may reduce the number of remaining monthly payments.
