Downgrade mobile plan online

Hi, I’m overseas and I want to switch my mobile plan from Unlimited to By-the-Gig to save money. I’m not able to change it online. Can someone help me switch it starting next cycle

Thank you. But unfortunately it says in there you can only get by the gig through the assisted sales channels..so I have to call . Thanks anyway

@user_lqmw30 They must have changed something because you used to be able to switch plans on your own. OR perhaps you are on a plan/promotion that included a phone and you had to sign up for an unlimited data plan?
