Dpp “stuck” on inactive account

How to I get my Dpp moved over to my current account?

I’ve called multiple times and they keep giving me the runaround first rep I spoke to said it would be done in 8 days. I checked after the 8 days same message. Called customer service again they told me three days. I checked in three days and nothing called customer service for a third time. He told me it would be a 24 hour turnover checked after 24 hours and same thing when I called for the fourth time a lady I talked to said that it would take several months to”move over” my credit profile but once it’s done I should qualify for a min credit of $2000. They gave me a # for a credit bureau but didn’t tell me what I needed to do with the number and then said that’s all we can do wait for the months and then check back and we will send a email when it’s done.

I'm so frustrated. I pay my bill on time and I just want the promo of a “free” phone. Why do I have to have Dpp credit to get a phone I’m not even gonna pay on? I literally will get a credit on my bill each month. It’s so frustrating and it really makes me want to move carriers.
